This page reports the control plane. Your applications run on your own servers and keep serving traffic independently of it.

What an outage here does and does not affect. If the control plane is unavailable you cannot start a new deploy or read logs through the dashboard. Applications already running on your servers continue serving traffic, because nothing in the request path depends on us.
