Sign up

Create an account at app.railyard.run/signup with your name, email and a password. A team is created for you on the Free plan with 14 days of Pro, no card; confirm your email from the link we send before deploying. Invitations from a teammate still work: an invitation is for one email address, so sign in as that address to accept it.

Account

Account in the sidebar changes your name, email and password. Your current password is needed to change the email or the password. A new email is confirmed by link before you can keep using Railyard, and the old address is told. Changing the password signs you out everywhere else.

Download a copy (JSON) on the Account page exports your profile, team memberships, SSH keys, API tokens and your own activity history as one file.

Teams

Create a team	Everyone	From the team menu. You become its owner. At most 5 owned teams
Leave a team	Any member	Not as the last owner, and not your only team
Delete a team	Owners, by typing its name	Only with no servers and no apps, and never your only team
Move an app to another team	Admins	App settings → Transfer

Delete your account

Account → Delete your account removes your sign-in and your access to every team; the password is required. Teams where you are the only member are deleted too. A shared team you solely own needs another owner first.
